LHH is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal interested in a full-time job opportunity with a very successful and close-knit boutique firm in Naples, FL? We especially want to hear from those with complex commercial litigation experience. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, pleadings, discovery shell documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well as witness and exhibit lists; coordinating, scheduling, and other legal calendaring tasks; legal research; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a real team player, with a proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications:
3+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience, experience with commercial litigation is a huge plus!
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
Salary: $70,000-$75,000/yr.
