LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and professional Estate Planning Legal Administrative Assistant for a wonderful firm located in Naples, FL. This role is crucial in providing high-level administrative support to attorneys, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Manage schedules, organize meetings and appointments, and handle travel arrangements

  • Prepare documents for various delivery methods and understand electronic filing procedures for courts and entities

  • Handle paperwork to open new client files, maintain current files, and organize files for off-site storage

  • Enter daily timekeeping

  • Prepare expense reports and maintain updated client contact information in the firm's CRM system

    Provide support to other legal administrative assistants as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent office work experience.

  • At least three years of prior legal administrative or paralegal experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Familiarity with Trust & Estates documents.

  • Strong attention to detail



Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $74,000.00 per year
