Accounting Operations Specialist

As an Accounting Operations Specialist, you would be responsible for maintaining the processing and timely payments of company invoices as well as weekly administration of payroll for 100 employees based in TN.

• GL coding, approval, and weekly check runs

• Allocate invoices to obtain approval

• Consolidate and prepare invoices for payment via checks, portal or ACH

• Apply/Audit GL codes to invoices

• Monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and point of contact for vendors regarding invoice inquiries

• Audit timecards for accuracy

• Compute manual checks when needed

• Process garnishments (TN only)

• Set up new hires, terminations, and direct deposit accounts

• Act as liaison between ADP and employees

• Process and submit weekly payroll

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of payable and payroll experience

• Sage Intacct & ADP platform experience preferred but not required

• Must be comfortable working in a team setting/onsite in metro Nashville

• Excel- Basic

Pay $55,000/yr

This is an onsite position location in metro Nashville, TN (west side)

Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Flexible start/end times
