Accounts Payable

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate finance team. This position ensures that our facility vendors are being paid timely and accurately on a weekly basis.

· Match PO’s, receiving documents and invoices

· Batch invoices for payment

· Apply proper allocation to chart of accounts

· Process manual checks as needed

· Work through invoice discrepancies

· Process up to 400+ check requests per week

· Reconcile statements to the general ledger

Preferred:

• Corporate payables experience (construction industry experience a plus!)

• SAGE, Viewpoint experience preferred but not required

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working within transactional accounting focused on multi location AP

• Excel- Basic

Pay Rate $28-29/hr

This is an onsite position located in Nashville, TN

Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Flexible start/end times
