Accounts Receivable Analyst

As an AR Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring the status of accounts and balances. This position ensures that client billing and collections are processed timely and accurately.

· Log daily invoices and jobs into SAGE

· Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment options

· Run ageing report to determine which accounts need follow up for outstanding payment

· Set up payment plans and timelines with customers (Business to Business) to bring accounts current

· Reconcile accounts across vendor transactions

· Update billing information and customer payment history

Preferred:

• Construction/Service industry (back office support)

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working within transactional accounting focused on receivables/Business to Business Collections (recent)

• Excel- Basic

Salary 60-75k (DOE)

This is an onsite position located in Nashville, TN (West side)

Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm
