LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Office Support Specialist for our client located in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity. If you're interested, please apply now.
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour
Type: Temporary
Responsibilities:
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Intercept incoming/outgoing USPS mail.
• Work closely with the facilities team to address and resolve various office maintenance issues.
• Stocking of supplies, snacks, and beverages in the break room.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Help with marketing projects and event planning, contributing to the successful execution of campaigns and company events.
• Assist with new hire onboarding process.
• Collaborate with IT vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery meets organizational needs.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
• Assist with data entry tasks and maintain database.
• Support staff with tasks such as receipt gathering and expense reports
• Upload contacts and manage contact lists in Outlook or similar software
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and anticipate potential problems.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
