Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Nashville, TN (50% Travel Required)

Compensation: Starting at $65k+ base with bonus

Job Description:

LHH is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in driving business growth and supporting multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales strategies to drive national business growth and achieve revenue targets.

  • Support franchisees in enhancing their sales processes and meeting growth objectives.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to franchisees, helping to strengthen their sales skills and improve performance.

  • Travel extensively (50% of the time) to franchise locations, offering on-site guidance and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to monitor progress, identify opportunities, and optimize sales initiatives.

  • Collaborate with franchisees to uncover new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Maintain a broad understanding of the B2B landscape to provide relevant and effective support.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the construction or waste management industry.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.

  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a knack for motivating and guiding others.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
