Responsibilities
  • Customer service interaction
  • Assist property manager with planning customer events
  • Coordinate special customer and vendor mailings including holiday cards, customer anniversaries, monthly calendars and scheduled events
  • Prepare new packages for customers
  • Administrative duties such as processing expense reports, commission payments, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, vendor relations, filing and completion of projects
  • Implementing manuals
  • Updating systems and website
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
Employment Type: $50,000-$54,000/yr
Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, Onsite
