Title: Finance Director
Location: Nashville, TN - remote
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Salary: $180,000 - $200,000
Finance Director
A luxury residential landscape service business is seeking a Finance Director to support long-term financial success through FP&A, value creation, and project management.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Partner with brand leaders to improve financial performance.
Oversee board and lender reporting.
Manage system implementations, business integrations, and value creation initiatives.
Develop annual value creation plans and financial budgets.
Drive financial modeling and analysis for decision-making.
Maintain KPIs to track business performance.
Support CFO and CEO in strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Develop and coach finance team members.
Desired Competencies
Strategic thinking and alignment with business objectives.
Project management of financial initiatives.
Strong financial acumen and modeling skills.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial tools.
Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
Ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
Leadership and development of direct reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
10+ years of progressive financial experience.
Experience in multi-location industries (construction, engineering, design-build, manufacturing).
Experience with acquisitions, integrations, or financial system implementations.
Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
Pay Details: $175,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
