LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Equipment Sales Coordinator to join our client in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves managing the sales process for equipment, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs.

• Type: Direct Hire

• Compensation: $22-$25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of equipment sales transactions.

• Place orders for equipment with manufacturers.

• Monitor and update the estimated delivery dates of equipment, keeping the sales team informed.

• Collaborate with the Service and Parts departments to install necessary attachments and prepare equipment for delivery.

• Work with the Trucking department and/or freight companies to ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers.

• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and accurately entered into the system.

• Conduct monthly inventory checks of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage timelines.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and inventory management.

• Previous experience in equipment sales or a related field is preferred.
