LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our client located in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and creating correspondence.

Type: Direct Hire

Location: Nashville, TN.

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to CEO and President including but not limited to calendar management, processing expense reports, and booking travel arrangements for several executives.

• Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conferences including site selection, materials, catering needs, agendas, minutes, and post meeting action plans.

• Manage office supply inventory and administrative tools, and maintain a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming office environment for team members and guests.

• Maintain an advanced level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive business matters, financial documents, and strategic communications

• Process expense reports and reconciliations for executive-related projects and travel.

• Prepare and process correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as required.

• Respond to all emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of leadership within 24 hours, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
