LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to join our client located in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-Suite executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and creating correspondence.

· Type: Direct Hire

· Location: Nashville, TN.

· Compensation: $85,000-92,000 annually

· Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00-5:00pm CST (overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

· Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.

· Manage a complex and demanding internal and external schedule, ensuring accuracy and alignment across time zones and commitments.

· Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries; manage expense reporting

· Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conferences including site selection, materials, catering needs, agendas, minutes, and post-meeting action plans.

· Attend leadership and board meetings as needed; take meeting minutes and track follow-up items.

· Perform data entry, prepare expense reports, and handle tax submissions.

· Maintain personal records, contact databases, and handle confidential information.

· Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

· Occasional out-of-state or overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications:

· 6-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Proactive, assertive, and good communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to work well with a leadership team.
