LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HR Administrative Assistant for our Nashville-based client. This is a full time, on-site opportunity. If you're interested, please apply now.

The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the HR Department, primarily focusing on updating reports, employee engagement, and processing applications. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Location: Nashville, TN.

· Type: Temporary to Hire

· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

· Compensation: $22-24 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Pull reports and efficiently track HR operational data.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews for management team.

· Gather job applications and assist employees throughout the onboarding process.

· Coordinate background checks and preemployment drug screens.

· Act as the HR department liaison

· Maintain accurate information on all new hires and preparing documentation.

· Maintain applicant files including the preparation, I-9 verifications, and maintenance of all personnel files and related materials daily.

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

· 2-3 years with HR experience

· Can work confidently independently.

· Strong Excel experience
