Responsibilities
- Maintains work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions
- Establishes recruiting, testing and interviewing process
- Counsels managers on candidate selection
- Participates in new hire orientation, termination and benefits enrollment paperwork
- Manages benefit administration
- Plans and monitors employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Schedules management conferences with employees
- Directs benefit claims and obtains benefit contract bids
- Prepares employee census information for insurance, 401k and other reports
- Ensures legal compliance
- Processes payroll
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Communication
- Attention to detail

Employment Type: $100,000-$110,000/yr
Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours per week

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
