LHH is partnering with a respected law firm in Nashville seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to assist both litigation and transactional attorneys. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil defense litigation and be ready to support a variety of practice areas, including civil litigation, business planning, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, file, and organize legal documents.

  • Manage case files, client communications, and court documents.

  • Assist in preparation for hearings, trials, and mediations.

  • Conduct legal research as needed.

  • Collaborate with attorneys on client matters.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil defense litigation.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

  • Excellent communication skills.
