LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Office Services Coordinator for our client located in Nashville, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established organization in the media industry. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $20.00- $23 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
· Coordinate internal deliveries and maintain efficient distribution across departments.
· Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies; maintain vendor relationships.
· Track inventory and place orders for office supplies as needed.
· Support meeting room setups, office moves, and general upkeep of shared spaces.
· Assist with event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and post-event organization.
· Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized storage areas.
· Collaborate with the facilities team to support day-to-day operations and special projects.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in office support, facilities, or logistics roles preferred.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
· Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and moving items.
· Familiarity with FedEx, USPS, or similar systems is a plus.
· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
