Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Nashville, TN – Local travel

Compensation: Starting at $55k base salary plus bonus

Job Description:

LHH is seeking a competitive and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact in the Nashville market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth in the Nashville area by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Manage follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.

• Support the Consumer Sales Director in various tasks while also managing individual sales responsibilities.

• Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Work independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the B2B space.

• Experience in the construction or waste management industries is preferred.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.

• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
