Accounting & Finance
LHH is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst.
This position ensures the accurate and timely end to end payroll processing on a weekly basis for multiple facilities throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes and deductions
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management- importing data between Workday and Excel
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst - 4 years minimum experience working within corporate payroll.
Solid knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations- multi state
Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Workday, Peoplesoft Lawson, etc.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with upmost confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
