Payroll Administrator
This position will be responsible for payroll administration for 900 employees throughout multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Candidates will ideally need to have experience working on a large payroll platform.
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for employees using Workday.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
Maintain and update employee payroll records in accordance with payroll regulations.
Handle payroll customer service inquires from employees in the field as well as management
Prepare and submit payroll reports
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams
Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay $31/hr DOE, Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision)
***This is a hybrid position located in Nashville, TN***
3 days in office- 2 WFH
Hours: Monday- Friday (40/hrs/week), 7:30-4:30pm
Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
