Payroll Supervisor
The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and a strong understanding of payroll practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process bi-weekly payroll for all 300+ employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) across multiple states.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and other departments as needed.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
Provide training and mentorship to payroll team as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred- not required in lieu of experience).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now (WFN)- recent.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations- multi state.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay $80-82,000/yr DOE, Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, 401k matching, PTO)
This is an onsite position located in Davidson county
Hours: Monday- Friday (40/hrs/week), 7:30-4:30pm
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
