LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client in the Nashville, TN area. This person will manage full-cycle recruiting for key business functions, ensuring a strong candidate experience and helping build a diverse, high-performing team.

· Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

· Compensation: $33–$37 per hour

· Employment Type: Temporary to Hire

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic staffing plans

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation

· Full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate functions, including IT, healthcare (clinical), accounting, business development, and other business support roles.

· Build and maintain talent pipelines using digital platforms and proactive outreach

· Deliver a strong candidate experience and act as a trusted career advisor

· Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives

· Collaborate with HR and partner practices to improve scalable recruiting processes

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting

· Proven success meeting hiring goals and metrics

· Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills

· Experience sourcing diverse talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others

Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools



Pay Details: $33.00 to $37.00 per hour
