LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experience HR Recruiter for our Nashville-based client. This is a temporary assignment in the healthcare industry, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet company standards.

Type: Temporary (3-5 months)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid)

Compensation: $32- $36 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions.

• Utilize Workday software system for recruitment and HR processes.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.

• Conduct reference checks and background screenings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Clear candidates and ensure all necessary documentation and background checks are completed.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry

• Strong sourcing skills with a deep understanding of effective recruitment strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency using Workday and other recruitment software.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
