Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our client's growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services and ensuring alignment with company policies, regulatory compliance, and business goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employee relations, talent management, HR compliance, and experience working within GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
Pay Range: $30 - $45hr
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee development.
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for manufacturing and support roles.
Oversee employee relations matters; conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in compliance with labor laws and company policy.
Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with FDA regulations, cGMP, OSHA, and other applicable standards.
Administer employee training programs, maintain training records, and coordinate compliance-related education.
Assist with compensation planning, benefits administration, and leave of absence management (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HRIS systems; support audits and internal reporting needs.
Lead or support HR projects including policy updates, engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical/GMP-regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and labor compliance requirements.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Workday).
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
