We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Empowerment Specialist to support the Learning & Development function for a growing organization in New Berlin, WI. This temporary position is perfect for an HR professional with a strong interest in training coordination, instructional logistics, and employee development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support employee training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions

  • Schedule instructors, book rooms/resources, manage invites, and track attendance

  • Update and maintain training records in the LMS and HRIS systems

  • Partner with internal teams to deliver engaging learning experiences

  • Assist with compliance training tracking and reporting

  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the L&D Manager and HR team


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, training coordination, or Learning & Development

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
