We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Empowerment Specialist to support the Learning & Development function for a growing organization in New Berlin, WI. This temporary position is perfect for an HR professional with a strong interest in training coordination, instructional logistics, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support employee training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions
Schedule instructors, book rooms/resources, manage invites, and track attendance
Update and maintain training records in the LMS and HRIS systems
Partner with internal teams to deliver engaging learning experiences
Assist with compliance training tracking and reporting
Provide logistical and administrative support to the L&D Manager and HR team
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in HR, training coordination, or Learning & Development
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
