Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Receiving and opening packages as well as ensuring they are transferred to the proper areas
- Data entry related to purchase orders
- Must be self sufficient!
Qualifications:
- A background in either data entry, customer service, or a receptionist background is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High School Diploma
Skills:
- A strong level of proficiency in computers as well as Microsoft Office products
- High level of accuracy
- Keen attention to detail
Experience:
- One year of experience is required
Employment Type:
- Contract (8 weeks)
Compensation:
- $19.00 to $20.00 an hour
Work Hours:
- Full time 40 hours a week
- 8am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, In office
- Some flexibility with start and end times
