LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Western Nassau Country to fill an Accounts Payable opportunity. This position is onsite Monday-Friday. This position requires experience with three-way matching, heavy volume, bank reconciliations and experience with Great Plains a plus. Temp to perm opportunity.

Responsibilities:

· Track outgoing payments

· Monitor company expenditures (including payroll)

· Maintain records

· Verify expense reports

· Review vendor and service provider agreements

· Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure discounts

· Track and pay sales and use tax

· Pay vendors and service providers

· Reconcile statements and payment records

· Ensure payment credits are applied correctly

· Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments

· Analyze accounts

· Prepare reports

· Streamline the payment process

· Assist with audits

· Bank reconciliations

Qualifications:

· Payment processing

· Budgeting

· Productivity software (especially spreadsheets)

· Highly organized

· Detail-oriented

· Analytical-thinking

· Deadline-oriented

· Problem-solving

· Negotiation

· Critical-thinking

Minimum: 3 years of accounts payable experience

Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week



Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
