This is a Permanent, Full Time, In Office Position.

Job Description

We are seeking ​an Accounts Payable Associate to join the team.

You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Verifies invoices with receiving reports for accuracy of part number, quantity, price, premium freight.

• Reviews vendor invoices

• Posts verified invoices to computer, then file

• Updates and distributes debit memos

• Verifies freight bills for both incoming and outgoing shipments

• Prepares vendor payments and generates checks

• Assists in preparing vendor payments and generates checks

• Enters and maintains vendor information file in the computer

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Strong organizational skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• HS Diploma or equivalent

$25-26 dollars per hour.
