  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Trusts & Estates planning

  • Preferred: LL.M. in Tax a plus

  • Bar: PA required

• Estate Litigation Associate

  • Experience: 2+ years specializing in estate litigation, including contested estates, guardianship proceedings, and trust administration

  • Compensation: Base starting in the $100Ks + lucrative bonus (billables, origination, merit-based)

  • Bar: PA required

Bergen County, NJ

• Trusts & Estates and Tax Planning Associate

  • Experience: 5+ years in estate planning, administration, and tax matters (planning, audits, workouts)

  • Compensation: Base in the mid-$100Ks + bonus opportunity

  • Bar: NJ required, NY a plus

  • Perks: No billable hour requirements!

Morris County, NJ

• Trusts & Estates Litigation Associate

  • Experience: 3–5 years in fiduciary litigation, estate planning, and administration

  • Preferred Skills: Tax law proficiency and high-net-worth tax planning experience

  • Compensation: Base in the mid-$100Ks + bonus opportunities

  • Bar: NJ preferred
