Accounts Receivable Analyst, Temp to Perm, Hybrid Westchester County
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established client to fill a temporary Accounts Receivable Analyst position in Westchester County, NY. We are looking for someone with strong experience in cash application, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations. As of right now, this position will be an open-ended temporary position. Managing invoices and cash allocations
Updating records
Following up on overdue balances
Understanding accounts
Creating and distributing reports
Providing audit information
Supporting reconciliation processes
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and cash accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis)
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Basic understanding of accounting procedures and variance analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
$28-35/hr
Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
