Administrative Assistant

Customer Service & Support

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an excellent opportunity in Midtown NYC. This position will be on a contract to hire basis and is a great foot in the door with a reputable firm. This role requires previous corporate office experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support various teams with their administrative needs, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating events.
  • Step in for reception coverage, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of previous experience in a corporate office or legal firm setting is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Hours:
  • 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Monday through Friday
