LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced ADR Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

This position is hybrid – 2 days in office.

Experience with arbitration institutions including but not limited to AAA, JAMS, NAM, and FINRA required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with complex securities litigation and arbitration matters

  • Filing in state and federal courts

  • Handling trial preparation and discovery

  • Cite-checking and blue booking

  • Editing and proofreading documents

  • Conducting legal research

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of securities litigation experience including arbitration experience

  • Extensive knowledge of electronic filing in State and Federal courts

  • Proficiency in Relativity, Concordance, Word, Excel, Filesite

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible to work overtime, as needed, including possibly evenings and weekends

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 per year depending on experience. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package.
