Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and Accounting Duties:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including verifying invoices and issuing timely vendor payments
Prepare transactions for bank reconciliations
Generate departmental financial reports
Resolve discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions
Manage accounts receivable processes, including client disbursements, payment postings, and check issuance
Handle credit card transaction processing
Prepare and process bank deposits
Digitize and organize financial documentation
Skills, Requirements, and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
