Client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented bookkeeper who can handle the unique accounting needs of an interior design business. Here are the key aspects of the role:
Solid Bookkeeping Skills: The candidate should have strong bookkeeping skills and be willing to work hard to keep everything up to date.
Monthly CPA Visits: Since a CPA visits once a month, the bookkeeper needs to ensure that all records are up to date before the CPA's visit.
Specialized Accounting Knowledge: The interior design industry has unique billing requirements, so the candidate should be willing to learn and adapt to these specific accounting practices.
Interaction with Business Managers: The bookkeeper will primarily interact with clients' business managers rather than the clients themselves.
Core Responsibilities: The main tasks will include bank reconciliations, invoicing, and managing cash receipts.
Remote/In office: Mostly in office, normal working hours - can do 1 day WFH if needed
