Compensation Analyst Job in NYC
LHH is looking for a Compensation Analyst for our client, a financial services firm here in NYC. This interim project would last a minimum of 6 months and is located near multiple subway lines in a modern, newly renovated office. This position’s pay range will be $50-60/hr, contingent on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Support Compensation programs and initiatives
· Analyze a broad range of compensation projects, including salary surveys
· Maintain and work with Workday HRIS
· Support industry comparison process to determine competitive salaries
· Assist with job evaluations and provide recommendations for compensation changes
· Provide support for annual compensation planning process (e.g., salary planning, cash incentive plans and long-term incentive awards)
· Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
· 3+ years in a compensation focused role
· Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
