LHH is partnering with a distinguished nonprofit to find a seasoned and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. Our client—a highly respected nonprofit organization known for its impact and integrity—is seeking an Executive Assistant with the polish, discretion, and professionalism to support members of the C-suite. This is a high-touch, fast-paced role ideal for someone who excels in executive-level support and thrives in mission-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics for senior executives
Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion
Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, board members, and external partners
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and reports as needed
Coordinate and track special projects, events, and deadlines
Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve issues before they arise
Support a seamless flow of communication and operations within the executive office
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in mission-driven or professional services environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and operate with discretion
Tech-savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Composed under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Location: Manhattan, NY | Onsite | Hybrid
