Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certification.
• Law firm experience in the following specialties: Commercial or Civil Litigation, Trusts & Estates, Commercial Real Estate, or Corporate transactions.
