LHH is working with a well-respected mid-sized law firm in NYC is seeking an experienced Corporate & Securities Paralegal to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group of attorneys on sophisticated corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate transactions including entity formation, governance, and regulatory filings

• Assist with public and private financings, M&A, and due diligence

• Prepare SEC and state filings, including Form D, UCC, and Blue Sky

• Coordinate document execution, closings, and filings

• Maintain legal databases and assist with board materials and minutes

• Conduct legal research and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate

• ~3+ years of corporate/securities paralegal experience

• Familiarity with public company filings and governance processes

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary: 80k-100k
