LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Document Review Attorney fluent in French for temporary projects. The ideal candidate will assist in reviewing and analyzing legal documents related to ongoing litigation and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and categorize legal documents in French and English
Conduct thorough assessments to identify relevant information and potential legal issues
Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies throughout the review process
Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to provide insights and recommendations based on document findings
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and key issues
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required
Prior experience in document review, litigation support, or legal research
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in legal research tools and document review platforms.
