LHH is seeking Document Review Attorneys who can go On-Site (client site in Manhattan). Candidates must be barred and in good standing in NYC.

Location: On-site

Pay: $34/hour

Duration: 3 months max

NO Overtime

Contract Document Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting information for various engagement matters.

  • Support the execution of engagement workflows and manage administrative tasks.

  • Help with imaging, media processing, document tracking, and maintaining the chain of custody.

  • Provide technical support for engagement-related software and assist with troubleshooting issues.

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports based on business issues and analyzed facts.

  • Participate in reviewing contracts and other documents according to the guidelines provided

  • Engage in document reviews requiring legal expertise, including assessing relevance, issue coding, privilege evaluation, and redaction as needed for the engagement.

  • Assist with quality control checks for document reviews when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of engagement management and with clients.

  • Capability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

  • Familiarity with litigation management software such as Concordance, Introspect, Relativity, and cloud platforms when required.

  • Juris Doctor degree and must be barred and in good standing in NYC
