Employee Relations Specialist
LHH is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist for one of our Non Profit clients based here in NYC. This person will support an employee population of over 2000 and handle investigations, coaching, terminations and performance reviews. This person should have at least five years of experience with Employee Relations and have supported large organizations. This person will need to visit multiple sites in the NYC area. This position will compensate between $40-45/hr, contingent on experience.
Role Overview:
Handle employee investigations and provide coaching/feedback.
Provide coaching to management on how to handle ER issues
Manage the performance evaluation process
Assist in hiring process and exit interviews
Experience Needed:
Extensive knowledge on employee investigations and conflict resolution
At least 5 years of experience within Human Resources
Commutable to NYC area
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
