Executive Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a prestigious finance client to find a highly skilled Executive Assistant in the Greater NYC Area. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of a leading finance firm. This role also involves acting as the Office Manager when in the office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior leaders and will possess strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President.
  • Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the Office Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office.
  • Handle invoicing and other financial administrative tasks with precision.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Anticipate the needs of the President and proactively address them.
  • Utilize Excel and other software tools to manage data and create reports.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office technology.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan ahead and think strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in managing invoices and other financial documentation.
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour Search managed by: Renee Walker
