- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President.
- Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the Office Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office.
- Handle invoicing and other financial administrative tasks with precision.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Anticipate the needs of the President and proactively address them.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to manage data and create reports.
- Relevant experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within the finance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office technology.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to plan ahead and think strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in managing invoices and other financial documentation.
