Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant

Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; full time onsite
Hourly Rate: $45–$50/hour; based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to one or more executives.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with event planning, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions.

  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in professional services or corporate settings preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.



Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
