Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Salary: $150-200K plus discretionary bonus
Software: Mac iOS Products - must be familiar with
Location: Manhattan, NY
Schedule: 9-5:30pm, 4 days onsite BUT there will be 5x/week as they will need to mirror the CEO’s Schedule. Has to be okay with coming in earlier / staying late.

We’re hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Founding Partner at a global advisory firm. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a complex, ever-changing schedule. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for daily meetings, travel, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Arrange and oversee weekly international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.

  • Draft emails, proposals, client communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for internal and client meetings.

  • Provide tech support for video calls, device management, and troubleshooting.

  • Create, proof, and format client-facing documents and presentations (PowerPoint, Word).

  • Offer occasional personal assistance (e.g., family travel, personal admin).

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of communication and execution of priorities.

Additional Support:

  • Assist New York-based team members (Directors, Partners, Advisors) with scheduling, travel, and admin.

  • Oversee general office operations, including facilities, vendor coordination, and occasional event planning.

  • Support leadership team coordination and help with onboarding and recruiting processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience as an EA/PA supporting senior executives, ideally with international scope.

  • Experience handling complex scheduling and frequent global travel.

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word; Apple experience a plus.

  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and confidentiality handling.

  • Flexible to work outside standard hours due to CEO’s travel demands.

  • Professional services or consultancy experience preferred.



Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
