LHH is working on behalf of our fantastic client in the real estate space who is looking to bring a Finance Coordinator on board on a Contract to Hire basis. This will require some in-office work in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and an innate desire to continue growing their skillset!
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement preparation
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Record daily bank receipts
- Assist with managing high volume AP invoices
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables & v-lookups
- Experience with large ERP system preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Compensation: $28 - $35/hr, depending on experience.
