Our client, a high-growth, PE-backed consumer services company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. Candidates MUST have experience with M&A transactions. Position is 3x/week in NYC. Salary is contingent upon experience, between 100k to 120k with bonus.
This high-impact role supports FP&A, investor and lender reporting, and strategic financial planning across a growing multi-brand organization. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for Retail and Corporate functions.
Prepare investor reports, board presentations, and support private equity and lender compliance.
Analyze financial data, track key initiatives, and manage commission and cost allocation schedules.
Support M&A activities, integration efforts, and strategic finance projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1–3 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
