Fundraising Operations Associate Temp
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid or Onsite)
About the Role:
LHH is seeking a Fundraising Operations Associate Temp to support the fundraising procedures of a globally recognized nonprofit organization. This role offers hands-on experience in Salesforce, project coordination, and administrative support within a mission-driven environment.
As part of the External Relations team, you’ll assist in a critical system implementation project that directly supports donor engagement and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with gift processing and data entry in Salesforce
Perform data hygiene tasks, such as merging duplicates and approving edits
Ensure accurate and timely updates to donor and fundraising records
Schedule meetings and coordinate communications among team members and external vendors
Track project progress using Basecamp and escalate tasks as needed
Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the Salesforce implementation partner
Maintain and update fundraising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Document meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce preferred
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive data
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
