Global Compensation and Benefits Manager


Overview: LHH is looking for an Interim Global Compensation and Benefits Manager for one of our clients, a leading international organization committed to delivering exceptional products/services. This organization has a hybrid work model and employees must be in the NYC office a minimum of three days per week. This person must have experience with global compensation analysis and be familiar with benefits and retirement plans in Europe, South America and Asia. This interim role will last approximately 6-9 months and compensate between $90-120/hr, contingent on experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Compensation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy that ensures competitiveness in the global labor market and aligns with the company's business objectives. Monitor and analyze industry compensation trends.


  2. Benefits Management: Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other non-monetary perks. Ensure compliance with local regulations and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of benefit plans.


  3. Global Market Research: Conduct regular market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and ensure our offerings remain competitive and attractive.


  4. Data Analysis: Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, and support decision-making processes.


  5. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to provide benefit solutions and oversee vendor relationships and performance.


  6. Total Rewards: Participate in the design and management of total rewards programs, ensuring they align with our company's culture and values.


  7. Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets related to compensation and benefits programs.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification.


  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a global capacity.


  • Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits regulations and trends.


  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.


  • Strong project management and organizational skills.


  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $120.00 per hour Search managed by: Matthew Doman
