Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: New York, NY
Job Summary: The HR Generalist will be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies, designing and optimizing training programs, overseeing talent management, implementing performance management processes, managing staffing preferences, coordinating international mobility, and handling legal and compliance matters in collaboration with local lawyers and the global HR team
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Develop and execute a hiring strategy to attract top-tier talent in strategy consulting
Training & Development: Design, optimize, and tailor training programs to the local market
Talent Management: Oversee consultants’ career development
Performance Management: Implement end-of-project, semi-annual, and annual evaluation processes
Staffing: Gather consultants’ preferences and communicate them to the Global Staffing Manager
International Mobility: Manage and coordinate consultants’ mobility across offices
Legal & Compliance: Handle potential legal cases in collaboration with local lawyers
Comprehensive benefits are provided including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
