Responsibilities

• Creating invoices

• Recording customer payments

• Following up on overdue payments

• Recording journal entries

• Reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts

• Coding expenses into the company’s general ledger

• Processing and recording invoices

• Reconciling vendor statements

• Managing payment schedules

• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a corporate environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping abilities

 $50,000 - $65,000
