Job Title: Legal Project Specialist
Location: Remote
Pay: $30/hour
Duration: 1 year contract
We’re looking for a Legal Project Specialist to support class action matters by working directly with potential claimants. You’ll ensure accurate, empathetic communication and help manage key project tasks in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with claimants via phone, email, and written correspondence
Follow project guidelines and implement feedback from leadership
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate documentation and assist in updating procedures
Identify and help resolve project issues
Qualifications:
JD, required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling confidential info in a remote setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
